Dr. Stephanie Remedios-Herrera, has Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Psy.D. in Neuropsychology. She obtained her Master’s degree and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University. Dr. Remedios-Herrera began her training in a Community Mental Health Clinic working with underprivileged children and adolescents with a variety of learning, cognitive, personality, mood, and trauma-based disorders. Dr. Remedios-Herrera has experience with individual therapy and group therapy, as well as cognitive rehabilitation. Dr. Remedios-Herrera also provides psychological testing, such as: gifted, diagnostic, and psychoeducational. Throughout her career, Dr. Remedios-Herrera has provided services to individuals with the following diagnosis: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disorder. Dr. Remedios-Herrera is also familiar with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorders, and Anxiety and Depression. Dr. Remedios-Herrera has provided therapeutic services and psychological testing for individuals with ages ranging from 5 years old-60 years old.
