Markus Contreras was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is attending Carlos Albizu University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Markus focus lies in trauma, mood disorders, and eating disorders. His aim is to educate and provide comfort for those facing Mental Health challenges. In addition to Markus academic pursuits, he is dedicated to addressing the stigma surrounding men’s Mental Health, particularly within all communities. Markus is eager to make an impact in the field of Mental Health and wants to provide a support system for his clients.
